Our approach

This is the proposed way UYP Academy works with an organisation. It has not been independently validated, and it is not a trademarked methodology.

1. 01

   Discover

   Understand the organisation’s requirement: who the work is for, what should change, and what the sponsor needs to know afterwards.

2. 02

   Design

   Agree learning objectives, the shape of the programme, and — where an employer is paying — what will be reported back. This is written down before delivery.

3. 03

   Deliver

   Run the coaching or training. Online across the UK, or at the workplace when that is the right room.

4. 04

   Evaluate

   Review progress, feedback and the outcomes that were agreed. Share that review with the sponsor. This is not an independent accreditation of the method.
