Programmes

Each programme is proposed and designed after discovery. These are not open courses, accredited qualifications, or a claim that the work is already running in a particular organisation.

• Leadership development

  Organisations often promote capable specialists into leadership and then rely on them to work out communication, delegation and difficult conversations on their own. A generic course rarely matches the decisions those leaders are already making.

• Management training

  New and accidental managers are often given the job title without a usable way to hold a performance conversation, develop a member of staff, or be clear about what the team is responsible for.

• Team development

  A team can be busy and still be unclear about how it communicates, how disagreement is handled, or what it is collectively responsible for. A standard away day rarely stays with the work that follows.

• Workplace wellbeing

  Teams under sustained pressure are sometimes offered a wellbeing session that sounds clinical, or a motivational talk that does not change the working week. Managers also need a practical way to talk about workload without becoming counsellors.

• Career development

  Employers want staff to progress, return, or prepare for a larger role, and need that support to be consistent without turning private career conversations into a management report.
